Upcycled Watering Jug

We go through a quite bit of Epsom Salt in our house. We usually buy the biggest container we can find, which is this 5.5 kg jug. I'm often unsure on how to reuse them, many ending up in the recycling bin, sadly. I have a plan for many, however! Watering jugs!

We use our spare room upstairs in the spring to start all our plants. This one has an added hole in the back to fit it perfectly into our upstairs bathroom faucet. I also drilled only one hole for precision pouring.

The next few I make, I'll drill more holes and use them in the garden, possibly with a hose sized hole in the top, for filling.

I absolutely LOVE when I can reuse something rather than just chucking it in the recycling bin! Give it a try yourself!

Happy Upcycling!
