Vegan Parmesan?

Ever heard of it? There are several recipes online, I modified mine just a tad, but they're pretty much all the same, nuts, nutritional yeast, salt. Thats it! Sounds boring? It's not! I love it! It tastes very different from regular parmesan but it takes on the challenge with ease.

Speaking of ease, this is by far one of the easiest things to make! Just a few simple ingredients and you have a little powerhouse of a topping.

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Raw Cashews

1/2 Cup Raw Almonds

1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast

1/2 Tea Spoon Pink Salt

1/2 Tea Spoon Garlic Powder

1/4 Tea Spoon Onion Powder

Pulse together until finely ground, be sure not to over process.

Try it out on your next batch of tofu spaghetti!
