Ever crave a scrumptious warm, soft chocolate chip cookie? I do, pretty much all the time. The only problem is, I don't usually feel like making a huge batch of cookies; the mixing, the balling, the clean up, plus then there's a dozen or more cookies around and lets face it, my ass is fat enough, thank you.
So, what's a cookie lover to do? Luckily I have perfected a recipe to make just ONE huge, VEGAN, chocolate chip cookie!! This cookie is great for sharing, or keep it all to yourself if you're having a crazy craving! You could top this badass cookie with vegan ice cream, maybe mix it up by adding nuts or even add dried fruit instead of chocolate- actually no, you're not allowed to do that. That's just too far.

This is how some vegans can still be fat, just a warning. Is it just me or does it look just as good raw?? No eggs means you can just eat it raw!
Recipe for ONE Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie:
Mix after adding each ingredient.
~Preheat oven to 350.
~Grab a medium bowl.
~Throw in Half a Tablespoon Ground Flax + One and a Half Tablespoons Water, Mix.
~Pour in a Tiny Little Bit of Vanilla Extract.
~Three Well Packed Tablespoons of Brown Sugar.
~A Good Pinch of Salt.
~3 Generous Tablespoons of Melted Vegan Butter, Such as Earth Balance.
~A Pinch of Baking Soda.
~Third of a Cup of Flour.
~Throw in a Good Handful of Vegan Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips + a Few More to Add on Top.
~Using a Rubber Spatula, Plop it out onto a Cookie Sheet Lined with Parchment Paper, Flaten it out and Place Some Chips
Strategically on Top, Just in Case There Might be Half an Inch of Cookie with No Chocolate!
~Cook for 13-15 Minutes, Depending on your Oven.
Happy Indulging!
